–> As such a large participant of the community, Bo and the Gallery participated in the inaugural 1st Thursday for Downtown Hermosa Beach to promote local business. We had live music from Justin Dzuban, complimentary wine and cheese and new pieces displayed. It was a huge success, and we look forward to the next one on June 3rd!

| Bo was hired by Canon USA to teach a Pro Surf & Lifestyle workshop May 8 & 9 where the class was on location photographing the top pro surfers at Nike 6.0 Lowers Pro. Bo taught his trade secrets on how to photograph surfing action, as well as an introduction to the world of HD Video with Canon EOS system. He hired models and Garrett Mcnamara to come to the workshop as he taught everyone how to capture surf lifestyle with environmental portraits. | Bo was hired by AEG to shoot along side Lance Armstrong and many other pro cyclists for the Amgen Tour of California 2010. Bo was the only photographer that had shots being posted during the race as he had an assistant riding with the race in a cop car for hand offs. Bo exceeded expectations with some incredible shots of the riders as they worked their way down the state of California over the course of 8 days/ stages. | While traveling down the coast of California for The Amgen Tour of Calfornia, Bo met up with Maverick Big Wave Surfer, Tyler Fox, for some SUP surfing in Santa Cruz. No wetsuit on this trip, Bo slipped in without getting wet to enjoy the evening session. |

| Bo got a call from Contour, a new POV HD camera to shoot their camera in action and for point of purchase. To put the camera to the test, Bo took the self-contained HD video out with Metal Mulisha as well as the Amgen Tour of California and captured some great footage. Bo’s footage from Stage 2 of The Amgen Tour of California was used for day three’s live show on Versus as part of their recap. |

| For Fiesta Hermosa, Bo had a booth located on the plaza of the pier along with great specials, live music by Justin Dzuban and complimentary Stander drinks in the gallery. The booth was full of foot traffic each day. Showing their support Mayor Michael DiVirgilio, Mayor Mitch Ward, Congresswoman Jane Harmon and Brent Ringenbach from Fuel TV stopped by. It was a huge success!!! |
